Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the payment period if you wish or immediately deleted.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal. For Team and Enterprise yearly subscriptions we also accept ACH, Bank Transfers and Bank Checks.

What happens if I cancel my paid plan?

When you cancel your subscription, the account is cancelled immediately, data removal will start and dashboards and data will not be accessible. There are no refunds for the unused portion of your subscription.

Can I change payment methods?

Yes. You can change payment methods from any credit card or PayPal. Changing it to ACH, bank transfer or bank check requires contacting support staff at support@clicdata.com.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for unused portions of your paid subscription. If you are switching plans, please contact us as we can offer pro-rated credits for the next subscription under some conditions.

What happens if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure due to expiration dates, insufficient funds, etc. we will attempt to process payment 2 additional times within the next week. After this, if payment is not made the subscription will be suspended. You can contact us with 30 days to restore the account. After that period, all data will be permanently deleted and the account will be cancelled.
