ClicData respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you visit www.clicdata.com or any related or redirected domain collectively, the “Website”.

ClicData stores your data securely using HubSpot, a trusted and industry-standard platform with strong security practices. 

We will only retain your personal data for a limited period of time, and for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we are processing it for. This will depend on a number of factors, including:

  • Any laws or regulations that we are required to comply with;
  • The type of information that we hold about you; and
  • Whether we are asked by you or a regulatory authority to keep your personal data.

For example, we may keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months, and customer account data for the duration of the contract plus 3 years.

You can at any time contact us to have your data removed from storage.

6. Marketing

ClicData would like to send you information about our platform and services in the form of newsletters, blogs and invitations to webinars. If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, you may always opt out at any time by unsubscribing using the link in the email.

  • Reorganisation or M&A transactions: With third parties and their advisors involved in a corporate reorganization of our company and its affiliates, a merger, an acquisition, a sale of assets or business, or other change in control. In such cases, your personal data may be included among the transferred assets or reviewed for the purposes of the due diligence preceding such transactions.

11. International Data Transfer

Some of our third-party service providers (including HubSpot, Google, or LinkedIn) may process your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. When this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms are in place.
