  • Execute Data Flows
  • Run Python/Data Scripts
  • Send emails/SMS
  • Call web services
  • Publish Dashboards and Reports
  • Stream data to external systems
  • Snapshot data sets
  • and more...

Schedule when you need it

Use our schedule module to execute tasks at specific times of the day and times of the week, month and year.
  • By Days of the Week
  • By Days of the Month
  • By Weekdays of the Month
  • By Months of the Year
  • By Number of Times per Period
  • Manually or API Triggered

Instant Alerts

Get instant notifications to any conditions based on data, user activity or date/time.
  • Define Condition
Use a formula to define any condition that can return true or false. For example you can create a count of how many support tickets are currently open in your call center system, or how many invoices are over 90 days.
  • Define Action
Configure the email, SMS, Slack, or Web Service to send/call based on true and/or false conditions. For example send an SMS alert to your Customer Service Manager alerting them to the fact that the support queue is full.

Data Hooks

Trigger actions based on events in other systems.
With a powerful data parser, receive any message via web service (and soon via email or a message queue/bus) and trigger actions accordingly.

Questions?

Maybe the answer is here and if not then simply reach out to us.

Can I trigger a schedule or alert manually?

Yes, you can run any schedule or alert on demand directly from the platform without waiting for the next scheduled time.

Can multiple schedules run at the same time?

Yes. You need to be careful of course if they are doing the same actions on the same data sets or other resources but you can create multiple schedules that run in parallel.

Are there limits to the number of schedules I can create?

No. However tasks in a schedule may fail if for example the task is to refresh data and you do not have any data refreshes available.

How do I troubleshoot failed schedules or alerts?

ClicData provides detailed logs and error messages in the schedule history to help you quickly identify and fix issues. Each task has a log as well for that specific action inside the schedule.
