CUSTOMER USE CASE
Archive Hospitality reconciles their marketing and reservations data across all locations
About Archive Hospitality
Archive Hospitality reimagines historic buildings to create welcoming spaces for both travelers and locals. From after-work cocktails to weddings and weekend getaways, it celebrates every kind of moment. By honoring each location’s past and blending it with thoughtful design, Archive ensures its hotels feel like a natural part of the neighborhood.
Their Objective
Archive Hospitality was looking for a simpler way to collect and unify their marketing data to become more efficient.
Specifically they were looking at:
- Gap between marketing data and reservation tools
The marketing team had no visibility over the performance of their ads and email campaigns or their impact on reservations to the local restaurants and bars. - Time-consuming and inefficient reporting process
The data was pulled from the marketing platforms and manipulated manually every month to compare the customer engagement between the different channels and email campaigns and understand which ones drove conversions.

“We wanted to figure out how our social media content and email campaigns influence online reservations, both for our hotels and restaurants. We were looking for a more efficient way to track customer demographics and booking trends instead of the tedious manual data consolidation with Excel”
Their Approach
With ClicData they set out to first connect their sources of data and then ensure that automation was in place so the data sets were being refreshed properly on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Once that was done, they built one dashboards with all common Key Performance Indicators for all their locations and parameterized it for each of their locations.
Finally, they ensured that user access and security was configured.
