We offer support in English, French. Depending on the support center we may also offer support in Portuguese and Spanish however this is neither guaranteed nor always available.
Yes. Furthermore we also enable the In-App chat, a feature available with specific plans only, during the trial period.
As we are present in several regions we are able to support customers almost around the clock. At minimum we are able to offer support from 07:00 CET to 22:00 CET.
