Managing acquisition campaigns for e-commerce brands requires complete visibility across both advertising performance and actual sales results. For Coora, that meant consolidating data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and their clients’ e-commerce back-office systems into reliable performance reports.
The team needed to reconcile advertising metrics like impressions, clicks, and ad spend with real business indicators such as orders, revenue, and return on ad spend. Over time, three core challenges became clear:

The team explored solutions such as Talend and Google Data Studio (Looker), but found them either too complex to integrate into their workflow or primarily focused on visualization rather than upstream data transformation. We were doing a significant part of our data transformation directly in Excel. It worked, but it required multiple intermediate files and a lot of manual processing, which made the whole system heavy and difficult to scale.
