ClicData Enterprise Services

By Telmo Silva on November 14, 2013

We have released ClicData to the public only 2 months ago and have already welcomed more than 1500 users to our application, which is quite amazing. We’d like to thank you all for the incredible support!

At ClicData, we like to be as close as possible to our users and we take all of your feedback into consideration when planning future releases.

As such we’ve received demands from some of you to deliver not just the technical piece for putting dashboards together but also support and services to prepare & manage data, create the best dashboards possible for a business and set & tune ClicData exactly to one needs.

Our first commitment is to make ClicData as easy and intuitive as possible for our users so they can be autonomous, but we also understand the need for businesses that just don’t have the time to take care of that piece.

Because we have a bunch of smart people already that can build build dashboards and work with all kinds of data, we have just released a 4th level of subscription to our pricing page: Enterprise Services.

What is it?

First of all, a lot of storage space & automatic recipients, you should not have to worry about it for a long time. But that’s not all, as we are here bringing services on top of the application itself.

With the Enterprise Services plan, we will take care of everything for you:

  • We will format and optimize your Data for ClicData (Transform & Merge data sources etc.)
  • Coach you on creating the most relevant dashboards for your business, or even create them for you.
  • And the plan also includes phone support and personal training if necessary.

Welcome to the ClicData Peace of Mind!
