There’s a lot happening in November,therefore a lot to talk about! Today, we will cover the pricing changes.
By mid April 2015, we will update our pricing along with the new version of our application.
You have given us a lot of feedback and shared a lot of dashboarding experience over the past year and the upcoming new version will incorporate many of these ideas in the form of new advanced features. The pricing change reflects this progress.
Accordingly, we we will update our pricing terms & conditions.
Please note that if you are already holding a Professional or Enterprise subscription, the current pricing terms and conditions will apply through December 2015 or when you subscription ends.
So what will be the main changes to our pricing?
STORAGE SPACE
Storage for personal account holders (free) reduced to 1GB.
- We will reduce the amount of storage available with personal accounts to 1 GB. We have realized that most of our free users only used a fraction of the space.
Storage space available for the Professional plan reduced to 5GB, and to 25GB for the Enterprise plan as detailed in the table below.
SCHEDULES & UPDATES
- The new system allows users to automate many of their tasks (such as sharing a dashboard, refreshing a data source,etc.) and to coordinate it all from one central control station: The Tasks & Schedules Panel! Here is how the pricing for the new feature goes:
Please note that personal users will only have a limited version of this feature allowing only the automation of dashboard publication. Personal users will not have access to automatic data loads
TEAMS & USERS
You will now be able to share your dashboards directly to group of users (Teams) and give them different access rights to your content depending on the type of the license assigned to them.
- Professional plans comes with 3 viewer licenses.
- Enterprise plans comes with 10 viewers licenses.
- You can add, remove or reassign any number of licenses to your account at any time.
- An additional viewer license for your account costs 6$ / month.
- An additional Editor license for your account costs 15$ / month.
