Case Study: How Adaptive Analytics Is Thriving With ClicData Business Intelligence Software

By Telmo Silva on May 18, 2018

Organization Introduction:
Adaptive Analytics, LLC, a data analytics firm that helps its clients – ranging in industries from health and fitness to franchises with POS systems – gather, integrate, analyze, and visualize their data.

Customer Profile:
Parnell Woodard – Founder of Adaptive Analytics.

A short description of the problems you were able to solve with ClicData:
In the past, Adaptive Analytics has used a business intelligence tool called BIME by Zendesk. However, as time passed, we became increasingly frustrated over its lack of cloud-based integration. A voracious consumer of cloud BI tools, I first learned about ClicData in a BI-related trade publication. Once introduced to the ClicData business intelligence solution and its cloud storage capabilities, my team and I immediately made the switch. We have been a happy and loyal ClicData customer for over a year, shifting to the enterprise plan back in August 2017. We typically use your web services tool to make API calls, Google integrations, and direct connections into Amazon Redshift.

How would you describe your experience with ClicData and why would you recommend us to others?
We appreciate the ability to embed various dashboards, standalone dashboards, and the helpful and insightful ClicData professional services team. Shree and Elena have been very accommodating and knowledgeable, and we consider them to be an extended part of our team. They have been very helpful in recommending dashboard design, as well as showing us where the data is coming from and how to best present the data.
