Can they work/train our teams as well?

Yes. We work on your account (after your provide the necessary access of course) directly with your data. We can review work from your team as they go along, or build it together.

Do you need to download our data or transfer it elsewhere?

No. We work directly with the data in your account. If we need to download your data for any reason it will be deleted immediately after completion of the review or at the end of the project.

We are currently using another application for data visualization, can you help with the migration?

Absolutely. Many of our Data Analysts have experience or worked on other data tools and will be glad to help out or do the migration for you.

Do you offer on-site training or services?

Training and services are all provided via video conference except for locations near our Professional Service offices in Toronto, Canada and Lille, France.
